1 stick margarine or butter
1 onion chopped
1 bell pepper chopped
1 pkg corn bread mix
3 eggs
1 15 1/2 oz can creamed corn
1 can niblet corn with juice
1 c. grated sharp cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion and pepper in butter or margarine until clear. In large bowl, mix cornbread mix, eggs, creamed corn and niblet corn. Add sauted vegetables. Bake in ungreased dish for 20 minutes at 325. Sprinkle 1 cup grated cheese on top and bake for 20 more minutes or until firm.
