1 lb. Ground Beef
1 C. Chopped Onion,
3/4 C. Chopped Green Pepper,
1 Clove Garlic, minced,
2 cans Chopped Tomatoes with Jalapeņo Peppers, 2 Cans Dark Red Kidney Beans, drained (can use pinto or chili beans),
1 8 oz. can Tomato Sauce,
2 tsp. Chili Powder,
1/2 tsp. dried Basil, crushed,
1/2 tsp. Salt,
1/4 tsp. Pepper

Cook beef, onion, green pepper and garlic until meat browns. Drain off fat. Stir in undrained tomatoes and everything else. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer about 20 min.
