16 oz. crabmeat (use jumbo lump canned)
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tsp. minced onions
horseradish, to taste (about 1/2 small jar)
1 jar cocktail sauce

Directions:
Directions:
In mixing bowl, soften cream cheese lightly with spoon
Mix in crabmeat with onion.
Mix in horseradish to taste.
Form into ball or log shape. Surround outside with cocktail sauce.
Refrigerate for 1/2 hour or more. (Can be prepared in advance.)

Serve with crackers.

Omit the horseradish and bake in oven for 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Serve with crackers as a dip.
