4 tbls diced onions, 1 can black beans, drained, 1 can Del Monte diced tomatoes with basil, garlic, oregano, 4 tbls salsa, medium flavor.

Directions:
Directions:
Spray pan with vegetable cooking spray or oil. Add onion, cook over medium heat until tender. Add remaining ingredients, simmer covered for 15 minutes.

This can also be served over rice and topped with cheese if desired.
