1 stick butter
1 cup water
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 cup oil
2 cup flour
2 cup sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp baking soda
2 tbsp vanilla
1/2 cup buttermilk
2 eggs (well beaten)

Bring to boil butter, water, cocoa and oil. Pour over flour, sugar, salt and soda. Add vanilla, eggs and buttermilk.
Grease 9 x 13 pan, bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
