4 eggs
8 oz sugar
1 tsp vinegar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 level tbsp cornstarch
whipped cream
passion fruit
sliced strawberries
crushed pineapple
sliced bananas

Directions:
Directions:
Beat the whites of 4 eggs with a pinch of salt for 5 to 6 min., gradually adding 8 oz sugar, 1 tsp vinegar, 1/2 tsp vanilla and beat until stiff. Sift one level tbsp of cornstarch and fold in lightly.
Wet a glass oven proof or grease free pizza pan. Heap mixture onto damp surface.
Preheat oven to 400 then set at 250 and bake undisturbed for 1 1/2 hours.
Top cooked Pavlova with whipped cream and decorate with passion fruit, sliced strawberries, crushed pineapple and sliced bananas.
