2/3 cup of oleo, 1 lb. brown sugar, 4 eggs, 2 cup of flour, 1/4 t salt, 1 t baking powder, 1 cup nuts, 1 t vanilla, 1 small package of Chocolat Chips.

Directions:
Directions:
2/3 cup oleo - melted, add 1 lb. brown sugar, and 4 eggs - beat well.
2 cups flour, 1/4 t salt, and 1 t baking powder, sift.
cup of nuts 1 t vanilla, 1 small Chocolate chips
bake 350 for 30 minutes

For a Chocolate bar add 2 squares of melted Chocolate.

For a date bar add 1/2 lb. cut up dates
