1 lb. shrimp, cleaned
1 c. sour cream
1 yellow onion, chopped
1/4 c. margarine
1 small can sliced mushrooms
1 tbsp. flour
salt and cayenne pepper to taste
1 1/2 c. rice, cooked

Directions:
Directions:
Saute shrimp and onions in margarine for 10 minutes. Add mushrooms and cook 5 more minutes. Sprinkle in flour, salt, and pepper. Stir in sour cream and cook 10 more minutes. Serve over rice.
