20 oz can sauerkraut
6 T salad oil
1 small can diced pimiento
2 c chopped celery
1 c sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together oil and sugar. Pour over kraut. Drain and chop pimientos. Add pimientos and celery to kraut mixture. Chill at least 24 hours before serving.

If this is too sweet or too sour just add or subtract the sugar amount. Good on hot dogs!
