1/2 c chili sauce
2 eggs lightly beaten
1 T Worcestershire Sauce
1 medium onion chopped
1 c (4 oz) shredded cheddar cheese
2/3 c dry bread crumbs
1.2 t salt
1/4 t pepper
2 lbs ground beef
2 bacon strips halved

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the first 8 ingredients in a bowl. Crumble beef over mixture & mix well. Shape into a loaf in an ungreased 13x9 baking dish. Top with bacon. Bake uncovered at 350 for 70 to 80 minutes or until meat is no longer pink. (160 on a meat thermometer. Drain & let stand for 10 minutes before cutting.
