2 T. yeast
1/2 c. warm water
3 T. sugar
1 T. salt (YES tablespoon)
4 T. melted butter (or margarine)
1 3/4 c. warm water
5-7 c. flour*
4 T. butter (or margarine) second measurement.

Directions:
Directions:
Mix yeast and warm water; let yeast begin to work.
Add sugar and let it bubble. Add salt and melted butter (or margarine).
*Add half the flour then work with the dough not to get it too stiff. Add enough flour to make a smooth, soft dough.
Let set/rise for 10 minutes.
Melt 4 tablespoons of butter (or margarine).
Roll and spread dough into jelly roll pan. Pour melted butter (or margarine) over the dough. Use a pizza cutter to cut into strips and then cross cut into thirds. Sprinkle with seasonings to taste: i.e. garlic salt, parsley flakes, salad supreme, sesame seeds). Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown.
