4 cup rhubarb
1 cup water
1 cup sugar
1 - 6 oz pkg cherry gelatin
1 can cherry pie filling

Topping:
1 - 8oz whipped topping (cool whip)
1 - 8oz pkg cream cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cook rhubarb, sugar and water until rhubarb is soft and all apart, add gelatin to hot mixture, cool, add pie filling.
Pour into 8 x 12 glass dish, refrigerate until set.

Topping:
Mix together whipped topping and softened cream cheese, blend well and spread over set salad.
