1 bag Kraft caramels (52 caramels)
5 tbsp cream
3/4 cup & 3 tbsp butter
1 cup flour
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup oatmeal
1 tsp soda

Directions:
Directions:
Melt the caramels, cream and 3 tbsp of butter in a double boiler.

Mix all remaining ingredients to make a crumb mixture. Put 3/4 of the crumb mixture in a 9 x 13 pan. Press mixture down and bake for 10 min. at 350.
Pour caramel sauce over the baked mixture and sprinkle 1 (6 oz pkg) choc. chips and 1/2 cup of chopped nuts over the caramel mixture, sprinkle remaining crumb mixture on top and bake for another 15 min at 350.
