f2 cup flour
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 cup butter
8 oz cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp constarch
1 tbsp lemon juice
strawberries
bananas
kiwi
peaches
grapes - sliced
blueberries
1 can pineapple (drain & save juice)

Directions:

Step 1:

2 cup flour
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 cup butter

Mix and press in jelly roll pan. Bake 10 min. at 350

Step 2:

8 oz cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla

Blend and spread over crust

Step 3:

Fresh fruit - strawberries, bananas, kiwi,peaches, sliced grapes, blueberries
1 can pineapple (drained/save juice)

Place the fruit on top of the crust and spread.

Step 4:

1 cup fruit juice (pineapple juice)
1/2 cup sugar
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp lemon juice

Mix and put in kettle - heat until thick, stir constantly, cool, pour over fruit.
