1/2 lb fusilli pasta
2 onions
1 tbsp butter
3 tbsp olive oil
3 or 4 chicken breasts
3/4 tsp rosemary
2 to 4 oz blue cheese, crumbled

Directions:
Directions:
Brown chicken in butter and olive oil. Remove from pan and brown onions and rosemary. Put chicken breasts in oven proof pan and top with onions and bake for 20 minutes. Top with blue cheese and return to oven to melt cheese. Cook pasta according to package directions. Serve chicken over pasta
