1 16 oz.bag frozen Italian meatballs
2 medium carrots sliced
1 large onion, chopped
1 medium zucchini
1 TBS olive oil
2 15 oz. cans cannellini beans drained
1 16 oz. can Italian style tomatoes
1 14 oz. can beef broth or consume
1/2 cup chopped basil
1 tsp salt, pepper and Italian seasoning
1 clove garlic, mashed
Grated Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil and saute vegetables. Add beans, tomatoes, broth and meatballs and seasonings. Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes. Correct seasoning. Grate cheese over individual bowls of soup. Serve with crusty bread & a salad.
