Large bowl full:
4 to 5 pounds potatoes cooked whole with the skin on, 1 large onion chopped fine, 14-16 hard boiled eggs chopped, Miracle Whip diluted with 3/4 to 1 cup half and half and 1 tsp mustard, salt, pepper

Directions:
Peal the potatoes and chop quite fine. Add the eggs and onions. Mix the sauce ingredients well and stir into the potatoes.

Personal Notes:
If you want it juicier add more half and half after all the ingredients are mixed. This is all approximate and can be changed to your own taste. I think the half and half adds a lot to it (rather than plain milk)
