1 large bag baby spinach leaves,
6 green onions, chopped,
6 slices bacon, fried and crumble,
1 cup fresh mushrooms, sliced,
1 cup bean sprouts( optional ),
fresh grated parmesan or romano cheese,
salt and pepper to taste,
garnish with cherry tomatoes cut,

Directions:
Directions:
Toss the spinach with onions, bacon bits, mushrooms and bean sprouts. Toss with fennel dressing and top with parmesan or romano cheese, salt and pepper.
