30 cucumbers
10 onions
5 cups apple vinegar
2 tsp. celery seed
4 cups sugar
1 tsp. tumeric
2 tsp. ground ginger
2 tsp. white mustard seed
4 T. salt


Directions:
Directions:
Slice cucumbers and onions - put in large container. Sprinkle w/salt & let stand 1 hour. Drain
& set aside.
Add remaining ingredients to separate pot and bring to a boil- simmer for 10 minutes. Seal in jars and process 10 minutes at low boiling temperature.
