Marinade:
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. canola oil
Grated fresh ginger

Then:
brown sugar
honey
Spike seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate salmon for a half hour before grilling. Lay skin side up
on grill to sear. Turn skin side down, sprinkle with brown sugar,
honey, and Spike seasoning. Grill to desired doneness.
