1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 T. liquid smoke
1 T. vinegar
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 t. dry mustard
1/4 c. oil
1t. celery salt
1 T. ginger (fresh is best)
1 can crushed pineapple with juice
Fresh veggies
Chunks of meat, chicken, pork, shrimp

Marinate anything (cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, peppers,
onions, beef, chicken, shrimp, scallops) for up to 48 hours.
Skewer items with similar cooking lengths together. Grill. Toss
all ingredients on a large platter. Serve.
