1 lb Velvetta cheese 1 8 oz. pkg. Phildelphia Creem Cheese 1 small grated onion 1/4 tsp garlic powder 2 tbsp of mayonnaise or sour cream 1 pinch of salt Chopped Pecans
Let cheese stand at room temp until soft. Use mixer to blend 2 cheeses together until well blended. Add other ingredients (except pecans) as you are mixing. Form into a ball. Roll ball in crushed nuts to cover. Put in refrigerator until ready to serve.
