3 c flour
1 1/3 crisco
1 tbsp sugar
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 egg
2 tbsp lemon juice or vinegar
4 tbsp water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flour, sugar, salt and baking powder and cut in crisco. Mix egg, lemon juice and water and add to flour mixture. Chill before rolling out.
