4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1/4 c honey
1/4 c dijon mustard
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1/4 c parmesan cheese, grated
2 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat the oven on broil. In a bowl, combine all ingredients except cheese. Coat chicken with mixture and broil on the bottom side of breasts for about 10 minutes or until done. Chicken is done when a fork can be easily inserted and removed and the juices run clear. Turn the breasts over, cover with cheese and broil until cheese is melted. Serve with boiled potatoes and your favorite steamed vegetable.
