1/2 c peanut butter
1/2 c hot water
1/4 c soy sauce
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp sugar
2 cloves garlic
1 1/2 tbsp red pepper
1 tbsp oil
1/2 c scallions
1 lb cooked spaghetti

Directions:
Directions:
Mix spaghetti with the sauce and top with scallions. Tip; To help emulsify the sauce, stick it in the microwave for about 45 seconds. Sometimes the hot water doesn't quite blend it all and the microwave zap helps to smooth it out.
