Directions:
Mix sugar, flour, and salt together in a bowl. Slowly add milk while stirring, and beat until smooth. Add eggs, beat until mixed. Let stand for 30 minutes, stirring again after time has elapsed.

Heat and grease a skillet at medium temperature. Pour approximately 1/2 to 1/3 cup of batter on pan and roll pan until batter is spread evenly (the pancakes should be thin). Cook until bottom is brown (the top will start to bubble). Flip and cook until golden. Move to plate and place fresh fruit and whip in the center. Roll the pancake, and enjoy!

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
Strawberries, blueberries, peaches, and raspberries all make great fruit choices. The amount of fruit and whipped cream depends on personal choice and size of pancake.

For the lazy ones, the Cottage Cafe in Amboy, Minnesota has fantastic ones on the weekends.
