3 slices bacon
1/2 cup romaine lettuce, sliced thinly
1/3 cup soft bread crumbs
2 TBS grated Parmesan cheese
2 tsp olive oil
2 tsp mayonnaise
2 tomatoes
Pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Cook bacon. Drain and once cool, crumble. In a bowl, combine bacon, lettuce, bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, olive oil and mayonnaise. Halve tomatoes and scoop out the seeds. Sprinkle inside of the tomatoes with pepper. Mound bacon mixture into the tomatoes. Roast 10 minutes in a 375. Serve warm.
