2 1/2 to 3 Pounds Chicken Pieces
1 TBSP. Cooking Oil
1/3 Cup Brown Mustard
1 TBSP. Soy Sauce
1 to 2 TBSP. Honey

Directions:
Directions:
Skin chicken, if desired. Place the chicken pieces in a lightly greased shallow baking pan. Bake in a425 oven for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, in a small bowl stir together remaining ingredients. Brush mixture generoulsy over chicken pieces. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes more or until chicken is tender and no longer pink, brushing chicken frequently with mustard mixture.
