Ingredients:  
1 lb. Jumbo Lump Crab Meat;
1 egg beaten;
1/4 c. mayonaise;
1/2 Tbs. Old Bay Seasoning;
1 Tbs. chopped parsley;
1 tsp dijon mustard;
1 dash hot sauce;
Juice from 1/4 fresh lemon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and toss gently to keep crab meat lumped. Place in casserole dish and add 1/4 c. extra fine bread crumbs over top and refrigerate 15 minutes. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes and serve warm with your choice of crackers.
