1 16oz. can Creamed Corn
1 10oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli-cook and drain
1 beaten egg
1/2 cup coarse saltines crumbled (about 12)
2 tbsp. butter melted
1/2 tsp. salt
Dash pepper
1/4 cup coarse saltines crumbled (about 6)
1 tblsp. butter (melt)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine corn, broccoli, egg, 1/2 cup crackers
onions, 2 Tblsp. Melted Butter salt and pepper.

Put it all in a 1 qt. casserole dish

THEN
Combine 1/4 c. saltines and remaining butter.
Sprinkle over broccoli mixture.
Bake uncovered 35-40 minutes @ 350
