4 c bread cubes
2 apples, peeled and cubed
1/2 c craisins
Apple juice
1/2 c chopped celery
1/2 c chopped onion
1 tsp curry
1 tsp sage

Directions:
Directions:
Saute celery and onion in 1 stick butter. In large bowl mix celery, onion, bread, apples, craisins, and enough apple juice to make moist. Add curry and sage. Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
