1 1/2 c warm water - potato water is preferred
1 pkg dry yeast
2/3 c sugar
1 1/2 tsp salt
2/3 c shortening, softened
2 eggs
1 c warm mashed potatoes
About 7 c flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve yeast in water. Stir in sugar, salt, shortening, eggs and potatoes. Sift in flour until dough is easy to handle. Turn onto a floured board; knead until elastic. Place greased side up in greased bowl. Cover with damp cloth and place in refrigerator for up to 3 days. When ready to bake shape into 1" balls and place in greased pan; cover and let rise until doubled. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until brown.
