2 c flour
1 pkg yeast
1/2 c milk
2 T sugar
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 c water
2 T butter

Directions:
Directions:
Combine 3/4 c flour, sugar, salt and undissolved yeast. Heat milk, water and butter to about 120. Add to dry ingredients and beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Add 1/4 c flour. Beat on high speed 2 minutes. Stir in rest of flour and mix to a soft dough. Place in greased bowl. Cover and let rise 15 minutes. Turn onto floured board. Divide into 12 equal pieces and shape into balls. Place in greased 8" round cake pan. Cover and let rise 15 minutes. Bake 375 for 20-25 minutes.
