Cream butter and cheese together; add flour and chill for 4 hours or overnight. Divide into 3 parts; roll each out into a 10" diameter circle about 1/4" thick. Cut 12 pie shaped pieces and roll up starting at the widest end. Place on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350º for 30-40 minutes or until brown.
