2 small cans mandarin oranges;
2 3 oz. boxes vanilla pudding mix;
1 8 oz. tub of Cool Whip (regular - not light or fat free);
3 eggs;
1 orange cake mix (Duncan Hines);
1/2 c. oil;
1 c. Orange Juice

Directions:
Directions:
Cake: Mix cake mix, 1 box of vanilla pudding, 1 can of oranges, eggs, oil and OJ with mixer and bake in 9x13 cake pan for 30 minutes at 350. After cake is cool, prepare icing by mixing other box of pudding, Cool Whip and other can of oranges with mixer until oranges are finely chopped. Spread icing over COMPLETELY COOLED cake and serve chilled.
