Directions:
Grease and flour jelly roll pan (or cookie sheet with 1/2-3/4 inch sides). Mix all ingredients except chocolate bars with mixer until smooth. Pour in pan and bake at 350 15-20 minutes until top is golden brown. Remove and while still warm, spread 1 c. peanut butter over entire cake. Break apart chocolate bars and space evenly over top of peanut butter. After chocolate has melted (you may want to put in cooling oven for a few minutes to help facilitate this process) spread over entire cake. Let sit until "set" or put in refrigerator for a few hours. Cut into 2x2 inch portions.
