3/4-1 stick of butter or margarine
6 c. milk
6 c. shredded cheddar cheese (sharp cheddar if you prefer)
4 c. (one box) UNCOOOKED elbow macaroni

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 325. In 10x15 casserole dish, melt butter in oven. Add all ingredients at once (reserving 2 cups of cheese for top). Bake 55 minutes or until "set". You may want to stir about half way through to mix milk in. Add last 2 cups of cheese during last 10 minutes of bake time. You may also add bread crumbs at that time if you prefer.
