1 lb mild to medium Italian sausage 1 lb hot Italian sausage 1 medium onion, sliced 1 c chopped celery 1 c chopped carrots 30 oz diced tomatoes 3 cloves garlic 2 T Pesti's Spaghetti Spice 1 c of any type of small noodle
In stockpot brown sausage, onion and garlic; drain. Add to sausage the rest of the ingredients. Simmer about 1 1/2 hours. Just before serving add noodles and cook until tender. Serve with parmesan cheese on top.
