˝ stick butter
1 Bell pepper (diced)
1 Purple onion (diced)
1 Pkg. Zataran’s jambalaya mix
1 Lb. Shrimp peeled and deveined
1 One Lb. Hillshire Farms Beef Smoked sausage

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion and bell pepper in ˝ stick butter. Add shrimp and
sausage and follow directions on Zataran’s rice box. Season to
taste.
