3 cups thin spaghetti cooked in water seasoned with 1 tsp olive oil and Montreal Steak Seasoning
3 cups fresh spinach, torn in bite sized pieces
3 large ripe tomatoes, diced
1/4 cup red onion, diced
1 small jar marinated artichokes drained and chopped
Juice of 1 lime
6 slices of bacon cooked and crumbled
3/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
Montreal Steak Seasoning to taste
Red Wine vinaigrette

Directions:
Directions:
Toss hot drained spaghetti with spinach until it wilts. Add tomatoes, onion, artichokes lime juice and red wine vinaigrette to pasta. Toss well. Add bacon and cheese toss and serve. Best at room temperature.
