1 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp. dried marjoram
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. rubbed sage
1 boneless port loin roast ( 4 lbs)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the seasonings; rub over roast. Place on a rack in a shallow roasting pan. Bake uncovered at 350 for 1 hour and 20 minutes or until me at thermometer reads 160. Let stand for 10-15 minutes before slicing.
