8 cups chicken stock
1 cup flour
1/2 cup butter
1 large onion
3 green peppers
1 cup chopped tomato
2 tsp cumin
1 tsp garlic
2 tsp salt
1/2 cup salsa
3 cups milk
2 jalapenos, chopped
1/3 cup each Monterrey & cheddar cheese
2 cups cooked chicken, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and saute vegetables; then add flour; cook a few minutes. Make a roux (not a brown roux) add stock and simmer stirring constantly. Set aside. Mix milk, tomatoes salsa & cheeses. Add to soup with cooked chicken. Simmer. Correct seasoning. Serve
