4 cups fresh tomato or Muir Organic can tomato
4 cups tomato juice
2 cups vegetable or chicken stock
12 to 14 basil leaves
1 cup heavy cream
1/4 lb of butter
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine tomatoes, juice and or stock in saucepan. Simmer 30 minutes. Puree with hand blender along with the basil. Add cream and butter to saucepan.
