16 oz cooked angel hair pasta
2 T olive oil
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
4 - 6 oz feta cheese, crumbled
1/2 lb medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 roma tomatoes, cubed
1/2 c sliced black olives

Directions:
Directions:
Pour olive oil into large frying pan and saute garlic until lightly brown. Add shrimp and cook until done, about 7 minutes and then add tomatoes, olives and feta. Cook until feta just begins to melt. Serve over hot pasta
