1 C crushed pumpkin seed(Can use a coffee grinder)
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder, not garlic salt

4 - 6 talapia fillets

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first three ingredients together and coat fish.

Spray stainless steel fry pan with pan coating spray and heat. Can use olive oil instead of pan coating spray.

Place fish in heated pan and quickly brown on both sides for about 4 minutes total time.

Serve over brown rice with red peppers and onions.
