1/2 C milk
1 tsp salt
1 Tbsp oil
1 1/2 C flour

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs. Add the remaining ingredients. Mix. Drop by spoonfuls into hot soup or broth. Cook about 8 to 10 minutes.

I use these in all kinds of soup, but when I am in a hurry my family likes these in Ms Grass box soup.. Easy!
