1/2 cup cormeal mix (white, self rising)
1/3 cup self-rising flour
2 tsp. sugar
1 Tablespoons vegetable Oil
1/2 Cup Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients well. Pour mixture into well-greased muffin pan (I like to pre-heat my muffin pan)

Bake @ 425 in pre heated oven for approx. 20-25 minutes.
Makes 6 small muffins

*You can bake in any type of pan*
