Directions:
After dough rises - about 1 1/2 hours - punch down; let rise again until almost double about 30 minutes. Then roll into oblong - 15" x 9". Spread with 2 TLB Softened Margarine or butter and sprinkle 1/2 cup sugar and 2 tsp cinnamon and 1/2 cup raisins. Roll up tightly in the same manner as you would Cinnamon Rolls. Place sealed edge down in ring on lightly greased baking sheet. Pinch ends together. With scissors, make cuts 2/3 of the way through the ring at 1" intervals. Turn each section on its side. Let rise until double 35-40 min. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Bake 25-30 min or until golden brown. Frost while warm with powdered sugar icing. Decorate with nuts and cherries if desired.
