2 Cups Scalded Milk
1 Cube Margarine
1 Tsp. Salt
1 Cup Sugar
1 Cup Mashed Potatoes.
~ ~ ~ ~
Add when cooled:
2 beaten eggs
2 yeast cakes dissolved in 1/2 cup tepid water
6 Cups Flour or enough to make stiff dough

Directions:
Directions:
Let rise until double (about 4 hours) until double in bulk. then Roll out into rectangle. Cover with butter/margarine, sugar, cinnamon, raisins, nuts. Roll up and slice 1" thick. Let rise about 1 hour or until the dough is soft to touch. Bake in 325 degree oven about 15 minutes. While warm, ice with powdered sugar icing.....with cream cheese if desired.
