1 POUND GROUND PORK SAUSAGE
1/2 cup chopped onion
2 cloves garlic,minced
3 lb. all purpose flour
2 cups half-half or reg. milk
2 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp nutmeg(opt)

Directions:
Directions:
In skillet brown sausage and onion and garlic in. Cook over medium heat till sausage is no longer pink and crumble while cooking, Stir in flour and and mix and cook for approx. 3 minutes Gradually stir in the milk and salt and pepper and keep stirring until the mixture turns thick. Taste and adjust the spices . Serve over biscuits of your choice.
